The service
Offerlime lets companies create, send and track quotes. You are responsible for the content of your quotes, prices and the customer data you enter, and for having the right to process it.
Subscription and trial
Offerlime is a paid subscription per company, billed monthly or yearly, with unlimited users. New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial; a payment method is required. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and renews automatically until cancelled.
Web payments are processed by Polar as merchant of record; App Store purchases are handled by Apple and managed in your Apple ID settings. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.
If a subscription ends, your account becomes read-only: existing quotes stay viewable and downloadable and customer links keep working.
Acceptable use
Don't use Offerlime to send spam, unlawful or misleading content, or to send email from addresses you aren't authorized to use.
Your email
When you connect your own mailbox, quotes are sent through your mail provider under your responsibility and that provider's terms.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Offerlime available and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
