Who we are

Offerlime ("we") provides quote creation, PDF quotes, approval links and reports at offerlime.com and in the Offerlime iOS app. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

Account data: name, email address and a password (stored only as a salted hash), or the identifier from Sign in with Apple / Google.

Company data you enter: company name, logo, contact, tax and bank details, products, bundles, customers and quotes, PDF design settings.

Mail settings: if you connect your own mailbox, the SMTP server, username and password. The password is encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and used only to send the emails you ask us to send.

Customer activity on quote links: when a quote link is opened and the name and note a customer enters when approving or declining.

Technical data: IP addresses are used briefly to limit abusive traffic. We don't use advertising or ad-tracking tools.

Website analytics: the public website (not the app and not quote links) uses Google Analytics to count visits.

How we use it

To provide the service: create and store quotes, render PDFs, send emails you request, notify you about customer activity, and manage your subscription.

We don't sell personal data and don't use your quotes or customer data for advertising.

Processors

Hosting: Hetzner (Germany). Network and DNS: Cloudflare. Payments on the web: Polar (merchant of record; card data never reaches us). In-app purchases: Apple. System emails (password reset, notifications): Resend. Sign-in: Apple and Google if you choose them.

Retention and deletion

You can delete your account in Settings → Account (web) or in the iOS app. If you are the only user of your company, the company, its customers and quotes are deleted too. Backups are overwritten within 30 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or Türkiye's KVKK) you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to processing. Write to [email protected].
